Right of withdrawal.
In accordance with the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, a Customer who is a Consumer may withdraw from the contract in writing without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. In order to make a declaration of withdrawal from the contract, the Consumer may use the electronic WITHDRAWAL FORM and should submit it by sending the above-in-filled statement to the following address: ROSAFILO, ul. Orzechowa 17, 75-637 Koszalin or send it by e-mail to the following address: sklep@rosafilo.pl and return the goods to the Store.
The Store refunds the returned goods within 14 (fourteen) days to the account provided by the customer.
